Return policies

Did you not like your product,? or is there anything wrong with it? We offer refunds or resends for issues such as poor quality, damaged items, or incorrect products. In these cases, recipients do not need to return the received items, meaning you can keep the product without sending it back.

However, we do not accept refunds or resends for personal reasons, such as ordering the wrong size or simply disliking the product. If your insist on returning the item, you will need to ship it back to the warehouse, where it can be stocked for future orders.

If you need to return a product because of poor quality or broken items, contact us through our contact form, and we will send a return link you will have to fill out. Please remember that if the product is used, it's likely not eligable for refunds.
